Marina Bay Sands

The Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre is located at the famous Marina Bay in the heart of Singapore’s city centre and Financial and Central Business District. It takes only a 20-minute’s taxi ride to Changi Airport.

The Marina Bay Sands complex contains the MBS Hotel offering 2,561 hotel rooms, a mall, an Art & Science museum, two Sands Theatres, seven “celebrity chef” restaurants, two floating pavilions and a 340m-long SkyPark that features a 150m infinity swimming pool, set on top of the world’s largest public cantilevered platform. 

The Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre is Asia’s leading destination for congresses. It is located opposite the street of the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel to which it is connected by one of the largest shopping malls in Singapore.

It goes without saying that Marina Bay Sands iconic design dominates Singapore’s skyline.

SpineWeek will use the whole third floor of the convention centre for the congress part and level 1 for the exhibition. Escalators connect both floors directly.

How to get there

By MRT (metro)

Marina Bay Sands (MBS) is linked directly to Bayfront MRT station along the Circle Line Extension and Downtown Line. Board the train travelling towards Marina Bay. Get off at Bayfront MRT station. Use Exit D to leave the station and enter MBS. Take the escalators from Basement 2 to the concierge on Level 1. From there, take the escalators to the ballrooms on Level 5.

Marina Bay Sands is linked directly to:

Bayfront MRT station (CE1, Exit B, C, D, E) along the Circle Line Extension.
Once you arrive at Bayfront (CE1) station, you can find 5 exits (Exit A to E) that bring you to the different areas of Marina Bay Sands. 

Exit A: Bayfront Avenue and bus stop opposite Sands Expo
Exit B: Sands Hotel / Skypark / Bayfront Avenue / Sheares Link (rd)/ Hotel Tower 1
Exit C: Sands Shoppes / Theaters / Museum / Hotel
Exit D: Sands Shoppes / Sands Expo / Theaters / Museum
Exit E: Sands Expo / This is the nearest exit to the Sands Expo.

By Bus

The following bus routes serve Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Marina Bay Sands MICE: 97/97E, 106, 133, 502/502A, 518/518A, NR1 (Available on Fridays, Saturdays), and NR6 (Available on Fridays, Saturdays).  
There is a bus stop immediately in front of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, proceed towards the concierge on Level 1 before taking the escalators up to the ballrooms on Level 5.
 

By Car

Cars may enter the car park via Bayfront Link or Sheares Link. Take the lift to Level 1 and take a 5-minute walk towards the Sands Expo and Convention Center. For more details on parking locations and rates, visit the Marina Bay Sands website.

Access

Access to the congress and the exhibition is denied for children under the age of 16.
